Personal: Born in Saipan, Commonwealth of the U.S. in the Marianas Islands in the Pacific. I love to read, hike, bike and most of all travel. I have been in most of the states in the U.S., in Europe, the Pacific, the Caribbean, South America and Mexico. I've even visited Antartica. My fondest wish is to visit every country in the world. I love to immerse myself in the language and culture of every place I visit.
My philosophy in the real estate business is to provide quality service to my clients with total honesty. Most of my clients consider me to be the family realtor - I work with several generations within family groups. Today, I still work with my very first clients I sold property to when I began my real estate career. The majority of my business comes from client and Realtor referrals.
I expose myself to constant education in my industry and for many years attended the Mid-year National Association of Realtors Legislative Meetings in Washington, D.C. where I met with our Senators and Congress people from New Mexico. I also attended the annual NAR Conventions. I have great knowledge, experience and reputation and most important of all, enthusiasm and love for the real estate business!
